Privacy Policy

The short version

Final Form ICF is operated by Hitchhike SEM LLC. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. Your construction plans, takeoffs, and project data are confidential — they are visible only to members of your organization and are never used to train external AI models or shown to other customers.

What we collect

To run Final Form ICF, we collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, and the organization you belong to.
• Project content — the PDF plans you upload, page images we render from them, wall takeoffs, corners, openings, scale calibration, and related notes.
• Billing information — handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we only store the subscription status and customer reference.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs needed to operate the service and diagnose problems.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to provide the service: storing your projects, generating block estimates, answering AI questions about your project, sending sign-in codes and transactional emails, and processing billing. We do not use your project content for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Who can see your projects

Project data is scoped to the organization that owns it. Other members of your organization can see the projects within it; members of other organizations cannot. Access is enforced both in the application and at the database layer.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run Final Form ICF. They process data only to provide their portion of the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in codes, invitations).
• OpenAI — powers the AI project assistant. Project context is sent to OpenAI only when you ask the assistant a question, and is not used by OpenAI to train their models.
• Vercel — application hosting.

If we add or replace a service provider that materially changes how your data is handled, we will update this page.

Where your data is stored

Final Form ICF is hosted in the United States. Your account information, project content, and backups are stored on servers operated by our service providers in U.S. data centers. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember which organization you are working in. Specifically:

• Authentication cookies — set by Supabase to maintain your signed-in session.
• Active organization cookie — remembers which of your organizations you are currently viewing.
• Theme preference — stored locally in your browser to remember light or dark mode.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Children

Final Form ICF is a tool for construction professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request that we delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@finalformicf.com.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete a project at any time from the dashboard. To delete an entire organization (including all projects, members, and uploaded plans) or close your account, email us at support@finalformicf.com from the owner’s account and we will take care of it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Storage buckets containing your plan images are private and accessed through short-lived signed URLs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using current industry practices.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.

Your choices

You can update your profile, leave an organization, or cancel your subscription at any time from the settings area. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at support@finalformicf.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
